“When I first joined AGC in sales, I will admit that I was nervous. Amir Group of Companies had never had a dedicated sales team, and I joined through the acquisition of Sierra Custom Foods. From the start, I had a strong desire to learn and a genuine interest in helping people find solutions. I quickly realized that success in sales is not just about selling a product, it is about building trust and meaningful relationships.

As my role evolved within the organization, I learned to ask the right questions, understand both internal and external pain points, and focus on delivering value. As trust grew with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), I embraced every challenge as an opportunity to learn and improve. I developed confidence in handling objections, negotiating effectively, and leveraging data to make informed decisions. One of the proudest moments in my journey was achieving over 100,000 kilograms of tray pack production in a single week. Today, I serve as Director of Sales with a focus on retail, while also supporting the strategic utilization of raw materials across multiple production facilities. The experience I have gained at Amir Group of Companies has opened the door to leadership opportunities, allowing me to mentor and manage others.

Looking back, I see how far I have come from an Account Manager with a narrow focus to a trusted advisor and team leader. Sales has given me more than a career; it has given me resilience, strong communication skills, and the fulfillment that comes from helping businesses succeed.”

“I began my career at Amir Quality Meats as a Logistics Coordinator, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers. Shortly after, I contributed to warehouse harmonization at Sierra Custom Foods, where I led the organization of the warehouse to maintain accurate inventory, conducted cycle counts, implemented and managed packaging stock levels, and systematically recorded packaging consumption.

Excelling in these responsibilities, I was promoted to Supply Chain Manager. With the ongoing support of my colleagues and leaders, I have continued to develop my skills, contribute innovative solutions, and play a meaningful role in driving the company’s success.”
